"Parting is such sweet sorrow" said Shakespeare. No one really knows what that means. Is it sweet or is it sorrow? Whatever it is for you, saying it aloud in front of others can be difficult. How do you put into words what the one leaving for greener or other pastures means to you and to 'us' as they make their exit?
